Before contacting support

Please include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, what you expected to happen, and the steps that produced the issue. Do not send private journal content unless it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing it.

Protect your journal

MapJour is local-first and does not provide cloud recovery. Use “Export backup” in Settings before deleting the app or moving to a new device. Photos and audio are not included in spreadsheet backups.
